WATER ACCESS & ACTIVITIES

Our prime location offers unparalleled access to Kentucky Lake. A neighborhood boat ramp and beach area are conveniently located just two houses down from the property. The launch ramp extends at least 60 feet out into the water, making it easy to launch your boat. You can even see this area clearly from our back deck, ensuring you're always connected to the lake's activities. Enjoy fishing directly from the shore or explore the calm waters with the provided kayaks.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES

*Leatherwood Resort and Marina, Pirates Cove and Miss Kay's Nutcracker Shed are a few minutes away. You can enjoy great food, love music and boat rentals. There is live music every weekend during the summer.

*Paris Landing State Park is a short 20 minute drive away. You will find outdoor activities including renovated tennis and basketball court, fishing area, kayak rentals, a sparkling beach for lake swimming, a new restaurant and bar that has delicious food and beautiful lake views. There are bbq pits and picnic tables all around the park.

*Fort Donelson offers miles of hiking trails and self-guided civil war tours. You can see the resident eagles soar around the battlefield and around the lake.

*Fat Daddy's Tiki Hut is a lakeside bar and grill hosting live music every Saturday & Sunday throughout the summer season. Check out their website for further info about who's playing! It's just a short 10 min drive away from the house.

*Buchanan Resort is a few minutes farther down the road. You can have a relaxing day on the lake with one of their rental pontoons/kayaks. Contact the resort directly to schedule your rental!
